School should be year round. We no longer live in a agricultural society. Children do not need the summer off to help their parents out on the farm. This would help with the problem of missing to many days because of snow.

While we are on the subject. Teachers should make a lot more money. They should also be required to have psychological evaluations and random drug testing.
