The polling place on campus is actually being moved to Legends. Less accessible for students and parking-wise.

33 minutes into this video of last nights meeting, you can hear Director of Student Programs Dave Robertson talking about the myriad of problems Legends has a polling place:
These problems are:
-Major flooding concerns (3 floods in the last year). No such problem exists in the Student Union.
-Absolutely no emergency lights should there be a power outage. The Student Union would be able to operate at full capacity in such an event.
-Not fully ADA compliant, while it is street level there are no automatic doors.
-Canvassers would have to stand in the middle of the parking lot in order to maintain the required 50-foot buffer.
In addition, all the problems raised with the accessibility of the Student Union polling site have been solved because of the end of construction activities in the area.

Also as someone who has been in Legends, even when fully lit it is still very dark in there.

It seems like they have chosen a less accessible site just so they can say there is still a polling place on campus. It should have never been changed in the first place.
