North Carolina Restaurant Carry: Could YOU Be Wrongfully Prosecuted Too?

There are 2 comments on the AmmoLand story from Sep 2, 2011, titled North Carolina Restaurant Carry: Could YOU Be Wrongfully Prosecuted Too?. In it, AmmoLand reports that:

At precisely the moment House Bill 111 for concealed carry in restaurants is languishing in the Senate Judiciary II Committee, a western North Carolina man is being prosecuted for carrying a firearm in violation of GS 14-269.3 - a place where "alcohol is sold and consumed" - EVEN THOUGH HE IS CLEARLY INNOCENT.

Here we go again. A stick stupid DA spending the counties money prosecuting someone that has not broken a law to make a name for himself.

Yea, the DA's new name is dumbass.

Hope the voters of Burnsville get rid of that POS soonest.

And the mayor needs to go to. He is unwilling to help one of his constituents that is being violated by another county official.

Must be a lot of liberal imports there. Mountain men don't put up with crap like that, or elect idiots that crap in their own bed.
