County OKs settlement to former lieutenant
The county agreed Tuesday to pay $20,000 to a former lieutenant with the Watauga County Sheriff's Office, one of two officers not re-hired last year while under investigation by state and federal authorities.

Seriously what did Mark do to Poor Paula? Fire her for her job performance. Yeah that's it. Whatever went on between them she didn't mind at all at the time now did she??? Why should she get money??? Her firing was justified, she just knew she had something on him and tried to use after her got rid of her. Wahhhh
