I have no doubt that he murdered his wife.
How would you feel if it were your daughter???
He should spend the rest of his days in prison.

In responce to Janes commennt. Do you personally know either Jeremy or Annie? For if you did you would not make the kind of comment you posted. Obviously I have known Jeremy from birth and my opinion is some what bias, but, I have seen him grow to be a very responsible and hard working person with good family values and is only guilty of marrying into the wrong family. His inlaws are stirring up a witch hunt for the sake of getting custody of Jeremys children.

In responce to jeremys uncles comment you should watch who you are defending. He may be your nephew but i would be a shamed if i was you. Family man huh what kind of family man cheats on his beloved wife! Marrying into the wrong family is what annie did. The thing you guys did not realise is how many friends annie truly had. You all should be ashamed of yourself for having let this go this far! You should have comr forward long ago.

Obviously emotions can run high in a case like this. However, it is unfair to assume Jeremy's guilt or our families knowledge of any wrongdoing. Nobody is under estimating how many friends Annie has - you are assuming that we were not her friends - we were her family. I'm personally deeply grieved at this news and I'm sorry that people need to make it worse with assumptions and accusations.

I knew both from the time they met each other, went to their wedding and personally had a chance to know both as young, responsible, and great friends. My gut feeling from knowing Jeremy Loncar is that their is NO WAY he could have done anything physically harmful to Annie. They may have had a fallout in their relationship, which happens everyday in this world, but to jump to conclusions that Jeremy commited that crime, because of life insurance and him cheating is hard to believe if you know Jeremy's character. I believe Jeremy is a stand up person, un-capable of committing murder. Remember, murder and adultry are two opposite sides of the spectrum. My opinion...

In regards to Scotts comment
I met Jeremy 6 1/2 years ago, at that time he seemed to be a loving and devoted husband. Over the last three years, i have seen jeremy change into a very dark cold person. In my eyes Jeremy is perfectly capable of committing this heinous crime he has been accused of. I do realize just because he has cheated on his wife, does not mean that he murdered her. But there is alot more to this case then adultery and an ins. policy. Apparently you have been gone to long.

I have known jeremy and Annie for nearly 10 years. I know both of them in both a professional and personal basis. I don't believe jeremy could do anything to hurt the mother of his children. But what everyone should be focusing on his the 2 tragedies here.
1. a young womans life ended so shortly. She was a good friend and a hell of an EMT.
2. After two beautiful young girls have lost their mother, now they face the chance of losing their father too.
Everyone needs to put keep their own thoughts and opinions to themselves on the life jeremy and annie led. NO ONE will ever know what goes on behind close doors. We need to be strong and support those two girls who stand to lose everything.

I recall that there is something called Freedom Of Speech. I also know that everyone is entitled to there own opinion. That is why they have a comment section. Elko has an awesome court system! It is a good idea they filmed the entire preliminary! That way we all can watch with our own eyes.
After watching the preliminary on Coyote,Loncar you better count your blessings, prey that people do Not watch the Preliminary! Especially the citizens that will convict you. Previous cop training and fire department plus a year and a 1/2 to cover it up. You can only hide behind your family and girlfriend for so long. I wonder if the attorney has thought about accessory to murder charges also? A thank you goes to press for allowing the community to access this info.

I have known Ann for over 20 years. I pushed her, although it wasn't hard, to go out with Jeremy. I still believe that they were meant for each other, initially. This is a tradgedy, whether or not Jeremy is guilty.
Not only have their beautiful girls, who are so much like their mother, lost thier mother, but they have lost every connection they had to her family. If Jeremy is not guitly, why would he punish Ann's family, and the girls, for the families need for the truth and resolution?
His actions, in this regard, are deplorable. I have seen things from him since Ann's death that I would never believe he could have done.
I would have backed Jeremy to the end if he hadn't turned on his wife's family. Now I can't say if he is guilty or not.

Such a tragedy. I too have known them since before they were married and I would like to think that Jeremy is innocent but there are too many things that just don't add up.

Maybe Jeremy did cheat, maybe there was a life insurance policy which was in no way enough money to commit murder...let's be serious. Look at the evidence. There is NO evidence to prove there was a crime committed. Why should he spend the rest of his life in prison for cheating on his wife?

And I have known Annie all of her life. Jeremy was and is a creep who was losing everything...no different than many men we have seen murder there wife (or soon to be ex). He is a coward and an errogant son-of-a-**** to boot. Don't claim he is a saint then deem the Lemon's devils. You know no more about what happened than they do!! If it were Jeremy in the ground and Annie being accused...you know your zealous to find his killer would be no different!! Grow up!!

I knew Annie and Jeremy both. Out of all of this I am saddened to see the cruelty that has come. I am completely repulsed by the insensitivity that the Loncar family has displayed. If it was their precious boy they would go to the ends of the earth to find out what happened. I truly beleive that they too, had it been Jeremy found dead, would question how someone could die of a severe asthma attack and lie down to die covered up with blankets not fighting for their life. Only an idiot or someone covering something up can justify that theory in their own mind. And for you Jeremys uncle you make it very clear that you and the wendover loncars are of the same blood- Heartless!

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty.. So what if he had an affair. A woman died and has left an empty hole in two little girls life. And now his life is being slung in the mud. Everthing good or bad that he has ever done in life is being brought to the surface. My goodness you people have some nerve to sit where you are and judge, everyone makes mistakes but I believe in the justice system. Hes haveing hes day in court and if you think all efforts are not being made then maybe you should be righting your congressmen. You people need to research the processes of what happens after a body is taken to the morgue, includeing but not limited to toxicology and autopsy. If they found no markes, no drugs my goddness there might not be any. Just because you feel hes an a**hole or he has changed in the last three years does not mean he killed he wife.
She died of an asthma attack tragic yes murder no....To bad the guilt of a man is souly based on his stepin out on his wife.

After following the trial I believe the truth exposed itself. Again, knowing Jeremy as well as I do, there was and still is no doubt he was innocent. There is no one reading this comment that is without fault, moral or immoral. Take a good look at your own life, good or bad, and see if have ever offered as much to society or your community as much as Jeremy has. I didn't know Annie that well but the short time I have spent with here I really cared for her and her death was heartfelt. Together they created two beautifull children. The last thing I have to say is there are a lot of personal appologies that need to be made to Jeremy and his family. Congradulations Jeremy.............
