This is no time to be over-restricting any legitimate business. Let the Brick and Mortar restaurants get their own mobile trucks to compete. There is no good reason to limit hours of operation or limiting occupation to a two hour window. It would take nearly an hour of that time to set up and break down in order to move. That is ridiculous. The "people" in charge of making these decisions about Reno are burying it.
