Downtown Reno condo residents cry foul over major tax increases
As the taxable values of downtown Reno casinos have plummeted, residents in the Palladio, Riverwalk, Montage and the Belvedere condominium buildings have picked up a proportionately higher tab for city services to keep downtown clean and safe.

Oh really when are they planning on cleaning up and make safe the downtown? The place is just yucky and has been for years no matter what money they have.

They made a very bad choice in investing in that area in the first place..Put a fancy name on them, and you still have them right in the middle of a crime infested area. Doesn't the old phrase, "location, location' ring a bell?.
we use to love to go downtown, but those days are long gone.
