Pennsylvania roadways littered with more trash

Not just western pa, ever since the gas industry moved in all I do is pick up trash from them. And yes i see them do it..gloves, bottles, plastic bags, water bottles, etc..

Far worse are the fracking compounds and machinery operation fumes with which they are polluting our land, water and air! But hey, Corbutt's got election promises to his gas industry contributors to pay off... on our dime!
And I'm not opposed to developing the gas from Marcellus Shale formation; I'd just like to do so as responsibly as our neighboring states are doing so.
