Swine flu confirmed in Capital Region

The state Department Health says there are now two confirmed cases of swine flu in the Capital Region -- one in Saratoga County and one in Washington County.

NYSDOH along with the CDC government and state officials have blown this Swine Flu out of the water. If it is such a "pandemic" Why are the mexicans allowed to continue to cross the border. Legally and illegally. Come on you are bringing them to Saratoga during track season. Not only are you allowing them here to work and take jobs from the unemployed but you also are paying their health care. What a JOKE. Care for us Americans FIRST.

So we know that the one case of Swine Flu in Washington County is in Cambridge, how about Saratoga County??? Would someone like to tell us where that case is located???

The first poster is absolutely correct. If this is such a pandemic as it was being reported, then why wasn't the border to Mexico closed immediately. Help those who are sick in Mexico, but don't let anyone cross the border. Keep them somewhat quarantined.

And I agree with the comment of letting the Mexicans into Saratoga for track season. I guess no one will bother mentioning the Swine Flu pandemic ?????

Why worry. The swine flu is just another strain of the good old fashioned influenza. Unless you are immunized compromised the chances of it killing you are slim.

The media sent everyone into a frenzy. Dont you think if it was that deadly our borders would be closed? Ok then again we are free gateway. Come to American and receive our welfare, our healthcare, our education.... as long as you aren't an American you get all that free...and then some.
