Utility rethinks bulbs surcharge
#1 Jan 17, 2008
Today’s headlines tell the story. The customers won. We will not be charged for the bulbs. Shareholders will absorb the cost!!!! Opps, that’s me!

The problem is that the PSC is dictating to electrical suppliers that they need to come up with a way to make their consumers use less of their product. How they can get away with that is beyond me. This is just Alleghaney's ham-handed attempt at appeasing the PSC.
Don't worry, Alleghany will come up with something else and customers will ultimately foot the bill.....
