I feel this is a miscarrage of justice, the prosecuting attorney threatened a witness if she testified for the defense.I do believe that to be a criminal act perpatrated by Washington County Judge Mary Hannon had made up her mind before the trail had began violating many civil and constituition rights. There was not any information on the Safe Haven Law posted at Tartan High School at the time nor did they school inform the student of the law.
This was not a premeditated act. This was not a fair trial but a narrow minded judge who sentenced a child to a death sentence |

Hmmm where do you get your information? Are you just speculating? Or do you have any facts to support your wacko view points.
People like you never once meantion the fact that a baby was murdered here. Tell me how would you feel if one of your loved ones was stabbed 135 times in the chest. And lay there grasping for breathe dying by the hands of the one person that is suppose to care and protect you in this world. Oooo poor Nikki, screw her she made the decision. Safe HAven or not, she told the police that if the baby had been born alive, she would have taken her to the hospital and dropped her off. When are peole like you going to hold people responsible for their actions. What about the dead baby! wake up idiot!!!!! |
