I am so surprised at this event.....The act was horrible and reprehensible, but, how can a man be tried on murder charges when he was an abused domestic partner. He was in fear for his life everyday around Sharon. She was unstable and he was afraid. She pushed him down a flight of basement stairs earlier in the week. She held the same gun she was murdered with to the side of his temple that day.....And for gods sake the woman had a hit list in her house.....So how is this 1st degree Murder. Yes he killed her, but we have heard the same things happen to a woman who was abused and they walk......Just surprised.
And yes these facts may be shocking, but they came directly from Detective Chad Ellis's mouth with Washington County.
