Well it is not a resort and they are there for a reason. Bill them the charges and make inmates foot the bill. They should have to pay all the cost to stay there including the cost of food.

Do you realize that it cost the State of Ohio 28,000$ a year to house each inmate.Paid for by the tax payer. That price does not include the medical cost.If an inmate has a serious medical issue that cost can easily exceed 100,000 a year.Remember we the tax payer did not force them to commit the crimes they have been found guilty of. Spare me and the rest of Ohio tax-payers with your pity party about little Johnny only receiving dried out bread and watered down juice. They get three square meals a day.

How right you are. I think they should be charged for the food and the stay in jail. When they are released hand them the bill instead of taxpayers footing the bill. It is time for the system to make some changes and if they do not it will only continue to get worse.
