Springboro student does not have Swine flu
Springboro Superintendent David Baker has confirmed a student does not have swine flu.

I heard the student was tested to have severe flu and then the Ohio Board of Health decided that the chance of her having it were slim therefore deciding to throw out the case. So whether or not the child has it is not really determined just guesstimated.

There are 2 types of flu, influenza A&B, the swine flu falls under Group A. Every year we see thousands of cases of Influenza B, Swine Flu is influenza A and a different strand. If they did a differentiating flu test and it was negative or positive Influenza B this would not be considered a case for swine flu.
