OH so now apparently my opinion is the reason A judge killed himself... you people cease to amaze me. I actually had a good relationship with Mr. Heath but thank you for THINKING that you know someone... Sit down YUCK your an idiot! The only person that caused the HEATH tragedy was himself and his disease of alcoholism as well as personal issues and his abilities to cope with that obviously became overwhelming. Truly a tragedy and I have compassion for his family!! I will also remind the supposed Loveland SUPPORTERS who are probably the same person.. READING a different section of this board I found the FOLLOWING VERY INTERESTING thought i would COPY & PASTE for those who didn't read it. "I would like to quote a section of the Ohio Revised Code's General Provisions, Chapter 3 for all that care to read it:

"3.01 : Misconduct in office Forfeiture

Any person holding office in this state, or in any municipal corporation, county, or subdivision thereof......[who] willfully NEGLECTS TO ENFORCE THE LAW or to perform any official duty imposed upon him by law, or is guilty of gross neglect of duty, gross immorality, DRUNKENNESS, misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance is guilty of misconduct in office."
hmmm interesting... THE HELL YOU SAY! You can't be a public official and act out of control in public??? I will remind those people who can't comprehend that when someone holds a political office they are responsible for their ACTIONS just like the rest of us! Let me spell it out for those of you that are struggling to understand a cop is a cop is a cop, a judge is a judge is a judge, a councilman is a councilman is a councilman in other words it doesn't matter what hat they are wearing they still represent what they are, does it mean they won't make mistakes NO it means they are human and make mistakes but the real ones OWN up to their mistakes & DEAL with them not HIDE behind others...
Your right there are a lot of people in the news. Apparently warren county news media is all over people's mistakes. If I was in an position with clout I think I would be a bit more cautious with my choices. As far as responding to Hmmm..I think you have me confused with someone else I don't know "MILLER" I don't have friends who are drunks, I don't hang at bars and certainly wouldn't subject my family to be around someone who has no concept of DUI laws. Someday he too will be sorry hopefully he won't have killed one of our family members while drinking and driving because your right he obviously hasn't learned any lessons, sometimes consequences aren't enough. It's funny you all judge my knowledge and evil as you put it but you truly are clueless. One last thing justice will per vale either way I still hold the same opinion that what comes around goes around!

Dear KARMA -

Evidently, from your posts, you're upset with this guy because he slept with someone's ex-girlfriend (maybe yours or a family members?), got beat up over it, and sued the guy. If this is why you're upset, your anger is misplaced... You ought to be upset with the wh0r3 that perpetuated the impression she was single, regardless of whether she was or not. Also, it should be noted that, according to court records, Mr. Steiner was originally charged with a F2 for the whippin' he doled out. It was bound over as a F4... Can you say PRISON TIME? It is well-documented that Mr. Chambers ALLOWED the charge to be amended to a M1 so that Mr. Steiner didn't face going to prison.

It would appear as though the councilman isn't as "evil" as you make him out to be. If you really believe all the crap you're spewing then maybe you should go to the next council meeting, March 13, and get on the record with your nonsense.

Well I would but MARCH 13th was WEEKS AGO... another Loveland supporter lots of family support going on in here LOL. I'm not upset with HIM I am finally satisfied that as he caused my family pain he and his family are now feeling the same pain and humiliation he has caused on others. I'm upset with his ACTIONS against my families well being. WOW....Another person who CAN'T READ! It's funny that you say HE ALLOWED the charged to be amended to a Misdemeanor 1 LOL I'm sure that he ALLOWED... He didn't ALLOW anything it was dropped down, it's not his CHOICE as you so nicely implied! So with that have your opinion and I have mine...
just looking around

KARMA sounds like a bitter idiot. I know Chambers and I like his work ethic. As far as on a personal level, there are 3 types of people when it comes to Chambers: those that like him, those that dislike him, and those that don't know him... There is no middle ground when it comes to him. Personally, I like him, but I know him well, and I've come to know he has a big heart and will go out of his way to help someone in need. And he is uber-loyal to those who are loyal to him. Regardless, whether you like him or hate him, if you're reading this, you're thinking about him... So, in a sense, he wins either way!

Actually, KARMA, the documents show that he signed a consent form ALLOWING the charge to be amended from a FELONY to a MISDEMEANOR... that is kind of a big jump, from F3 or F4 to M1, ya know?

You are correct about one thing, though: The next meeting is APRIL 13th.

BTW, "actions against (your) family's well being" is awfully vague.(Please note the correction of your grammar, you two-degree-having college grad, you!)

Sounds like Morrow has an alcohol problem, maybe something should be done about it?

I agree with you. I understand that it is actually time for the village to decide whether they want to re-up the town's stance on liquor licenses. The way I understand it, they have the option of requesting the licenses be modified or removed. In my honest, I wouldn't care if there wasn't a bar in that town. Maybe the solution would be to restrict the licenses, or require licenses only be issued to restaurants that serve alcohol... rather than bars that serve bar food.

Thank you for the correction on the grammar I would hate to embarrass my family with improper grammar! I agree interested party that there are some issues that maybe the town could address but then again I guess that's every town.

The guy who puts on the free Christmas dinner is Yorkie Bryant not Josh Chambers.

Corie, you're wrong. For the last 3 years Mr. Chambers has been the event coordinator for the Community Christmas Dinner that is held at the VFW in Morrow. Mr. Bryant has not hosted the event since he sold his diner.

According to the article, "...after he was allegedly bitten by a woman..." the "...councilman is accused of chasing two people in a bar parking lot with a knife..."
Unless I'm reading that wrong...???
I don't know the councilman real good, but I have been to the free community christmas dinners that he puts on every year.
Yeah, I bet you go to all the free dinners you can find since you probably dont work and sit in front of your computer all day that state welfare money probably paid for.
