What if you don't have a cell phone. Does the officer get to search your vehicle? This is a bad thing. Giving up our rights again. We give up our rights to privacy too easily. I don't like the idea of this at all! If the cops want to start enforcing the cell phone law... Why don't they? Instead they make a new law that takes away our rights! Bad Idea!
