How can the housing authority no matter how hard the city tries to compete to get commuters to live here there are going to run into problems.
For one thing Jackson Ms made the national list of falling housing prices. Where here the prices go agains the national trend:home priced at 135,000 and up are going up in price. Becouse of construction and such. But in my opinion a 135,000 home is worth half as much or less. Not all commuter middle income families aren't going to live in manufactored homes.
With prices dropping in the central part of the state,it makes those homes more attractive than those here.
