Pursuit Ends with Collision in Warren County

On Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 9:11 A.M., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green Trooper Wayne Mayfield observed James Coitrone of Scottsville, KY driving his 2009 Harley Davidson on Veterans Memorial in Warren County, Kentucky.

Well at least this popo had a good reason to run this guy down.

I am still waiting for the reason why ACSO deputy Davis ran down and killed Germany on his motorcycle in a lonely cow pasture a few years ago.

back to the subject at hand, so this guy that was rear ended by the KSP was wanted for rape and kidnapping?!?!?!?

Back last year some time i think he kidnapped, bound, and raped his wife. (They were already separated at the time.) I'd bet he had a warrant for missing court for sentencing or something and probably didn't just commit the crime before the chase.

Just from the way that I understand this situation is. First of all Germany didn't run, he did not speed and did not stop. And second, why was he in a field, because he did not stop an automobile with blue lights sorta bumped him in the rear of his motorcycle and he lost control and ran into a field loosing control and wrecking. The automobile that bump followed him and and topping a rise in the field and the motorcycle was laying there and couldn't see Germany. Just so happened the automobile was sitting on top of him, thus making him suffocate, in other words because of the weight of the automobile sitting on him, he couldn't breathe so he died from suffocation. Not trying to be a smartarse either, but if maybe someone had grabbed a bumper jack and jacked the car up to get the pressure off him, just maybe Germany would be alive today. I may be wrong but the way that I heard it, they were pursuing him for running three MPH over the limit, but during the following chase he did not go over the speed limit. Hummmmm go figure.

how hard is it to get a jack out of your trunk and jack a car up?but if you let germany die he cant testify in court.but if you get the car off of him then you can take him to court,guilty or not guilty,or the law does such a sorry job the courts has to work a deal with defendant.PUT VIDEO AND AUDIO ON ALL PO PO WHEN THEY GO ON DUTY.this stops he said she said...YES germany hed no right to keep going blue lights flashing behind you means pull over no question about it.maybe if mom and dad had taught him better he would be with us today.or did mom and dad teach germany to not stop if blues are behind you???is there a lawsuit over this?

Yeaaaaa maybe, and maybe. And don't know, do you know? But what would have been the humane thing to do? Law or no law.

And yes I do agree with you about the video and audio on all police auto's, as that would stop a lot of he said she said. And crap like what happen in Glasgow who is looking at a big lawsuit against the sheriff, deputies and Barren County.

Don't know but I believe that if I had been there, there would have been a jack under the car just as fast as I could have done it. That was pretty cold hearted to have not done anything.

first off Jim DID NOT do any of the things he was accused of. aweful funny the bitch that is doing ALL the accusing WON'T give him a divorce and is also calling hospital for updates on him. now I KNOW if someone, "kidnapped, bound and raped" me... divorce wouldve been the very FIRST thing.. and i sure wouldnt be calling to see how he was. wouldn't give a damn. and the POPO didnt rear end him.. they RAMMED him. regardless of the reason for a chase, the police know proto-call...so do i!! he's an amazing man with a heart of gold.

Hey jim i dnt kno u or wish any ill harm to u but maybe u shouldn't have had soneone tell that girl u supposedly said was ur true love that is still heartbroken to this day that u had died in a bike accident because now your laying in a hospital bed due to an accident a few months later, could have jst had someone tell her u didn't want her....
