"What goes around comes around" you got yours didn't you "Judge Huddleston"? I would love to shake the hand of the honest policeman that arrested the so-called judge for DUI. about time she was brought down a few notches. I know personally several good women & Great mothers that unfortinutely had her appointed over their case. they were judged simply on what Huddleston,s personal opinion was of them before the case was even presented. Got something against good looking women Ms. Huddleston?
shame on you

I truly doubt that Judge Huddleston EVER judged anyone on thier looks! She truly has the best interest of children at heart. It sounds like your bitter becuase she didn't see things your way. Her arrest was purely political.

How can you say her arrest is "purely political". SHE MADE A CHOICE TO DRINK AND DRIVE....so she was arrested! Like any other person would be. I have read post after post with comments such as "she made a mistake" and "her arrest was political" ...ridiculous! Drinking and driving is not a mistake it is a choice you make at the beginning of the night when you decide to take that first drink not to surrender your keys to a friend or make arrangements to get yourself back home.

How can anyone say that her arrest was political? The woman was DUI...what's political about that? Huddleston and O.J are the only two allowed to continue to their final destination without interference or a SWAT roadblock....She has made her nest, now let her lay in it.

Judge her as she judges others. PULL her license for life. Take her children away until she has completed 2 years of court mandated drug and alcohol treatment. If she were an attorney she would be disbarred for this. TAKE HER OFF THE BENCH. Put her in jail for no less than a year. Make her stand in front of the courthouse for 6 consecutive months with a sign around her neck that says "I'm a drunken, lethal driver who has been blessed to not have killed anyone yet."

People that are angered about this should write the Chief Justice of Kentucky and demand that she be removed from the bench. She has no respect for human life and should not be intrusted to make decisions for the lives of others.

WELL HELLO! I think you missed the point! She is a JUDGE now... that is more than just an attorney. But should be held to a HIGHER standard not a lesser punishment for those of lesser power.
Also, it is my understanding that her history before becoming a Family Court Judge was Social Work.

Family Court Judges are appointed by the Governor. People who are angered by Judge Huddleston's complete disregard for human life and safety should contact the Kentucky Governor's office. How can someone that has no regard for human life be empowered to make decisions for other persons lives? DUI's kill, they ruin lives, they are devastating! Judges, Law Enforcement and Prosecuting attorneys for years have posted the MUG SHOTS of DOUBLE THE LEGAL LIMIT offenders for decades; as a preventative tactic. To show the devestation to ones life that a DUI will cause. This woman's mug shot should be all over the National News and the video from the arrest should be played over and over again. Let her be an example of how, even if the actions of DUI are not lethal, they are still devestating to one's personal and professional career.

Any professional in the field of alcohol treatment, enforcement, etc. Will tell you that being arrested for OVER DOUBLE the legal limit for driving while intoxicated is INDICATIVE to an alcohol abuse problem. Again, I question her ability to precide over Family Court. Statistically, if she is caught driving this drunk, it is one of many times that she has done it and got away with it. And a blood alcohol level this high, is again IDICATIVE of a SERIOUS alcohol abuse problem. She needs treatment. And she needs to be made an example of...THE MESSAGE... DON'T DRIVE DRUNK... IF IT DOESN'T TAKE A LIFE... IT IS SURE TO DESTROY ONE!!

You need to contact the Kentucky Judicial Committee. It is my understanding that they would have to take the disciplinary measure. Also, please contact the office of J. Michael Foster in Hopkinsville. He will be the prosecuting attorney in this case.

No I didn't miss the point. If you live in Florida, why do you care. Yes, hope she gets punished and I'm fine with her going to jail...will it happen, probably not. She'll get probation or she will have a good atty who will get her off altogether.

Shame on you how can you stand and defend her you her sister , daughter, friend, lawyer. The law states it is against the law to drive while drinking. what did you do Margaret?Maybe they could find you a job, like how to drive drunk, think anybody would pay you you arent worth much in my book . maybe you will go down in history. Oh you need a new hair style that one you have makes you look old. i always heard this saying THE BIGGER THEY ARE THE HARDER THE FALL . And you got 59 yrs to grow on ha

Well, I agree that she has it coming. PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULDN'T THROW STONES OR JUDGEMENT ON OTHERS". SHE SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE BENCH. Maybe she will rethink some of the comments she has thrown at individuals in her court room. I hope you are so HUMILIATED.
