We support Jeron Barnett for Sheriff of Waller County. It is time for change in the county and time for a new vision in law enforcement.

Vote to support Glenn Smith for Waller County Sheriff. He is the most educated and experienced candidate for the job. We support him from Waller, Hempstead, Fieldstore, Brookshire, Pine Island all surrounding areas.

Glenn Smith is certianly NOT the candidate for sheriff of Waller County! He is having a hard time as the chief of police in Hempstead with profiling persons of color. This guy is not supported by Fieldstore, Brookshire, Hempstead, Waller, Monaville, Pine Island or Prairie View. Get a life. Jeron Barnett and Joey Williams for the GENERAL ELECTION. May the best MAN win! The citizen will be better off with either of them. Go Jeron! Go Joey!

This election is by far the worst one yet. People have nothing better to do but say false statements about people, stop the bad mouthing and just vote. At the end who ever wins’s will be the man for the job. I honestly fill sorry for the next Sheriff. They are the next victim! Hope you can HANDLE the job.

A Vote for Joseph Williams in the Run Off on April 8, will guarntee that the citizens will have a tough choice in November.
Jeron Barnett and Joey Williams are both hard working, "no good ole boy" attitude law enforcement officers. They both bring HONOR to the badge and the citizens they serve.
R. Glenn Smith needs to move back to east texas or go to work for the Cypress Creek Tactical Force and give them the GRIEF he has given the citizens of Hempstead and the shame of Waller County.
Jeron and Joey are the Best Candidates.

If Barnett can't even put his signs up legally, how can he be sheriff?? It's amazing that almost all the ilegal signs (except for Parnam) have candidates with "D" by their name. Can they not read the bottom of their signs which says they cannot be placed on STATE RIGHT OF WAYS. Wilson has 2 illegal signs in Hempstead now and the election isn't until November.

It is no secret that the morale is low at the Sheriff. There is no respect left for Randy Smith, but he still has a death grip on everyone. He has become a Tyrant. Ever since the hired R Glenn Smith after (immediately after the City of Hempstead fired him), the shame that it has brought on the department is un-believable.

I AM MADDD at R. Glenn Smith! How dare this man get in front of potential voters and LIE - Just like the politician he is!

I went to the court house last night to see the debate. I had not ever been to any of the forums and did I ever get an ear full of BS from RG Smith. I have never seen him in person.

My next door neighbor is a prominent business owner here in Hempstead. He told me that R. G. Smith came by his business and told them something to the effect of "I know that I have made mistakes here in Hempstead and alot of people are upset with me, but do you REALLY want a BLACK MAN as Sheriff?".

It is despicable that any human being can think that they can get away with the things that HE has done, and still think that we, the citizens of Hempstead will support him. NO WAY!

Because I have respect for all people, I did not post the actual word that RG SMITH Used. He did not use the word "BLACK" but a very derogatory word that starts with an N$@@&R.

SHAME SHAME SHAME - We cannot afford this type of mentality in Waller County, he has done enough damage to the reputation of Hempstead.

My neighbor was so taken back by this idiot, that he told me "Being a dedicated, lifelong Republican for 40 years, he was NOT going to vote a straight ticket, and he would split it and for the first time, vote for a Democrat!.

I too, will do the same. I am going to tell everyone that I know, the same thing.

Read the papers and you will find nothing but negative & bad things on R.G.Smith. He has single handily but a "BLACK" eye on all of Waller County. VOTE FOR BARNETT, he is a REAL Man of true dignity and integrity.....PERIOD !!!!

Seems kinda funny that after reading all the diffrent comments people have left under the diffrent topics about Sherrif of Waller County, that there are diffrent names all stating that Smith asked a ffriend of their is they really wanted a BLACK PERSON to be sherriff.

I hate this time of year because everyone wants to bad mouth anyone that is running that they do not know or who is running in the wrong party. I know glenn personaly and he is a great man. Yeah he has made mistakes but who hasn't? I have never heard him say anything racist either. I have talked to Barnett a few times but really do not know him but he seems nice too. As f who will be the best man? There will never be a best man. Look at Clinton everyone thought he would be "the best man" and he embarressed us because he could not keep things in his pocket. Then there is bush people thought he was "The Best Man" and now he is still sending men to fight that most think in wrong. No matter who wins sheriff YOU will find something wrong with what they are doing. The people who talk the most SHIT normally do the most bitching. Let what happens happen.
