Dec 19, 2011 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: KBTX-TV Bryan

The Walker County District Attorney says he doesn't like the idea that a man charged with shooting a man to death was able to post bond and get out of jail, but says it was one of the highest bonds ever set for a suspect.

There's not one citizen of this county that's happy that "Splawn of the Devil", Edwin Garcias murderer is out of jail pending trial and conviction! Except maybe him! He'll probably have a year or more before he's behind bars for what he did! Meanwhile he can arm himself and get angry with some other innocent victim whom he could possible assault or murder, all while out on bond! If we want change in the Texas laws on the books regarding the limitations on violent offenders bonding out of jail after they are caught red-handed and confessed to the crime, we must work toward those changes and demand them from our legislators! People let us get on it!!

Have you forget NDAA has been passed by OBAMA..

However....Innocent till proven guilty.

David P. Weeks allow the elderly and disabled to be abused...

So why no allow someone "accused" of murder not be on the streets.
