This is just bs. He was set up. Did they not look into this females record? I say female cus she's NOT a lady. She bragged in the past about getting a daytona cop fired. Anyone that knows her will tell you she's crazy!!! She HATES cops. She also claimed that her neighbor (a cop) was staling her after he arrested her on a dui and posession of cocain. She will start a fight with any man, especially a cop. The news journal states the cop said she jumped on his back and started punching. I believe this because I have heard her bragging about doing this to other men. She is nothing but a crazy bar fly with numerous DUI's.

Man, I read your post about 15 times and still can't figure out what your trying to say. Maybe you could learn to write or go have some more drinks. Sounds like you got yourself some serious issues, reading and writing to name a few. Would you be bipolar or just a crazy drunk?

This isn't difficult to understand.. it sounds like guilt by association, where the formally accused played the victim card, to gain leverage, against the idea, that being arrested for drunk & disorderly could have, and should have happened again. Here's another example, a guy on Hollywood ave [beachside] had drug paraphenalia in the house, his mother said the police lied to gain entry! He wasn't charged with anything.

yes Joe, just like the city official that beat a guy to a pulp during biketoberfest and got a slap on the hand and had to pay a few hundred dollars. The victim I believe has some permanent injuries that will affect him the rest of his life! Just so happens that the judge and the defendants attorney used to be law partners from what I understand. Just watch these case come into court and put two and two together, and see what the outcome will be. Unless its law enforcement accused of wrongdoing. Then it may be a different outcome. We've already seen that.

Criswell's lawyer said that without David Summer's testimony of what happened, dispite the fact that several witnesses went against former city offical Criswells written statement, they can not preceed with the case. David Summer's [the victim] at this point, still plans to sue the city of Daytona & Mark criswell- unfortuately it will increase the millage rate which means property taxes will be raised- again! Gilliland is running for a commission seat-again- Cassadra Reynolds will not Kelly White will {at this point ] will not. Unless Lesa France Kennedy, wants Edith Shelley to replace Ritchey, it won't happen. Wagner is running again with the promise of the pier, the main street area he believes in a recently called pediphile park. He went on to say,[on the radio] people shoot each other-whataya gunna do? He's dodging a bullet with Bornia- and definately in trouble for his involvement with Wagner Chiropractic- The point is the court systems are so screwed up everybody in office is just riding the wave. It was also i believe Judge Will who gave Criswell a slap on the wrist- he's very corrupt. He made the discision on the Hollywood ave search.

The female who made allegations of being beat up by the officer has a long list of dui's among other charges. how do you get trespassed from the iron horse? The officer in question was defending himself. she used her female status to make it look like he was coming o. to her, which he was not. she kept asking his name which he gave her a false name until she found out he was a cop. she vowed to get even and did. this is her reputation of starting fights everywhere she goes. she is notorious for it. look up her arrest record. her fireman boyfriend didn't stick around, he hauled ass home, and wanted it to all go away did he's a captain and didn't need the crap, yet went along with her story anyway. wonder what his co workers think and respect him now, since he has to work hand in hand with police. guess its easier to deal with them then with living with her. she shouldn't even be on the road, period. she's going to kill someone someday if not herself.

Yep, this same female was involved in yet another accident, this time with an lemons beach police car and was charged with driving drunk, property damage and injury! I hope the police officer was ok. Ormond beach police should give the cop that got fired his job back. its unbelievable that this female even has a drivers licence! How many dui's does someone have to have before they get it taken away permanently???? She is going to kill someone maybe the next time. I hope it comes back on the judge who reinstated her license. she should be locked up for a good long time before she kills someone. Hopefully, they will not have a child in the car the next time because there will be a next time. Shame on this so called system!!!!!

This same woman was just arrested on another dui after wrecking into an ormond beach police officer. The news journal says that witness at a bar seen her pulling down her pants at the bar. Her and her girlfriend were so intoxicated that the bartender cut them off. She has had many dui's so why is she still allowed to drive? Ask our judges and the judicial system. This is the worst of the worst. Her longtime boyfriend is a high ranking fireman. so what are they waiting for, her to kill another driver, a pedestrian or someone on a bike? Do something about her and quit letting her pay her way out of it. Talk to their neighbors. This should be statewide news at the least. All anyone has to do id look at the clerks website. HER FIREMAN boyfriend isn't a stranger either.

Not to stray from the subject entirely- however "if- her boyfriend is a fireman with the idea that she can even hold on to man- the fire depts. of Volusia County are notorious, for having strong political connections. Crimes & misdormeanors, add to bad reputation, incidents similar to this are common, it discourages anyone from an idea that Daytona Beach [Volusia] is a tourist area. Those crimes and misdormeanors have people looking the other way, & when that happens politians steal money & look after their own.

I couldn't agree with you more. How she is able to hold on to her boyfriend has had everyone scratching their heads for a long time now. After all her arrests, I'm pretty sure he has used up his "get out of jail free" card. She seems to think very highly of herself. Anyone can take a look at that mugshot and judge for themselves. And once that big mouth opens, that pretty much does it for the normal man. Her filthy mouth is worse than any sailors. The article also states that she pulled her pants down in the bar. I've also heard this numerous times. Not sure what she was trying to prove, I just think its nasty and her way of getting attention. Some people will do anything for attention and will take good attention or bad. I actually feel kinda sorry for the boyfriend, maybe he's afraid of her or maybe he thinks he can help her, who knows. I think she's beyond help and should be incarcerated or institutionalized for a while so that she can maybe get the help she desperately needs before she takes a life or gets herself killed. Usually though, these type of people end up having an accident, killing someone or seriously injuring the other driver and then THEY walk away without a scratch. Her insurance agent must make a killing off her if she even has any. How can any judge give her a drivers license back? I've heard of people getting less DUI's than her and have their license permanently revoked. I guess it depends on how much money you have to pay an attorney, and how well that attorney gets along with the judge. The article also says she walked around her truck and seemed pretty unconcerned. Could it be that she already knows that she will get out of this scrape too?

If she's had that many dui shouldn't she have a higher bond. are the police scared of her now that she had one of their own fired and claimed he was stalking. did she prove he was stalking? This is the girl on the news saying she was afraid of being a victim like the burger king or MgDonald girl that was killed in deltona. seems like if someone is so afraid they wouldn't go on tv or in the papers to provoke even more.if it was true then what do they have to lose and why would someone provoke them. she already messed up their job and home life. if she was so affraid she would stay clear instead of doing this. i think she's not streaks and is getting a thrill about making a cop lose his Job. compare her mugshot to the last one and see the difference. something more going on.
