Boll weevil eradication efforts continue in Crossroads region
Originally published October 30, 2009 at 4:33 p.m., updated October 30, 2009 at 10:35 p.m. The Crossroads region is nearing the end of its boll weevil issues and will hopefully see eradication within a year or two, said Jeff Nunley, executive director of the South Texas Cotton and Grain Association.

i believe they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. i feel that they need to be be recognized and appreciated for their efforts.
