Coroner IDs Texas man killed after police chase

OAKWOOD The Vermilion County coroner has identified the man fatally shot by area police near Oakwood on Monday night.

I personally knew Toto and what they are saying sounds so far from the truth its not even real. He was a great teammate on and off the field, an awesome friend. I will miss him alot and so wil many others and we will countinue to fight for him until the truth is told.
