A Property Owner's Dream for a Dramatic Change On Thousand Oaks Boulevard

The Men's Club on Thousand Oaks Boulevard is gearing up for a change. Dave Gulbranson, owner of The Men's Club, is hoping for at least "three green lights" or votes needed from the city council, to transform the boulevard into what could be, "a very emotional piece of Ventura County history," said Gulbranson.

The massage parlors that have turned up on just about every block of Thousand Oaks Blvd. has greatly disturbed me. Also I can see a great Muslim
influx on Thousand Oaks Blvd too. Some stores have
Farsi advertising on the front of the building. I would hope that any business in Thousand Oaks would have English wording on the front of their building.
