Noah's Ark in Port Hueneme is A SCAM!!!!
The founder, Jackie, has ripped off several veterans for every penny they have & then thrown them out of the group home. She uses shelter money to pay her personal mortgage and buy personal item for herself. SCAM SCAM SCAM not associated with any Veteran groups
