That's Jeton? He looks like a woman. I have zero sympathy for these thugs. They went looking for trouble, and they certainly found it. I'm not defending Ira, though I'm still undecided if it was intentional or if they swerved in front of him as they reentered the road, but these boys deserve whatever happened to them that night. They were fully aware of the potential consequences when they decided to rob a man at gunpoint in his own home. Before any of you start in with the "but Antuan was a good man and a father, he didn't deserve to die", I don't even want to hear that shit. He obviously wasn't a good man or he wouldn't have been out robbing someone, and there is no moral requirement for being a father. I'm not saying he deserved to die, but after making the decision to violate another man's home and steal from him, he deserved whatever hand he was dealt. I hope this ridiculous lawsuit gets thrown out.

The law is the law. He had no right to follow them. He knew one of them by name so he couldn't say the police wouldn't find them. He said in the police report that he intentionally rammed them. He was lying from the start because after the crash, he had to make up something. He knew this day would come. He lied about his daughter being in danger so that would relieve him of any wrong doing, but the lies were found out and that is when he showed his true colors. He was angry and rammed them. I don't know what others would have done, but following armed intruders probably isn't very smart. Must have been another reason and I believe at trial things will come out that will astonish his supporters. For some reason, the grand jury thought he should be charged. They could have no billed it.

Stfu you comment to much bs. The grand jury would have not charged him if the whole story would have been
presented. Sure he had every right to follow them, the truth will come out and if the dumb ass driver would have had the lights on maybe the crash would have never happened. I hope Ira files a counter suit against that low life poor ass thief, he deserves nothing. Pay your own medical bills, lost wages from what robbing people? Come on he was obviously already a f*****g dumb ass no damage done to his brain, maybe check his birth records maybe he was a crack baby and that's why he made the decision to go mess with a white family, don't be mad at white people be mad at your mom.

This whole law suit is a freaking joke!

He shouldnt have been robbing the man maybe ira shouldnt have followed them but he did most people would and no way does this idiot deserve to be rewarded for the actions he caused i doubt ira will be convicted of murder and as for this idiot by the looks of him his brain was injured before the accident

Blah blah blah is all I read. I can comment on anything I want. My first two comments were all truth. If there wasn't a reason for charges, why no plea deal?? I am sure the county will offer him something sweet. Were you there at the crash site?? Did you see them driving without lights?? Did you hear Ira tell the cops he was intentionally trying to ram them?? DOn't worry, maybe Ira can get the same lawyer as Eric Schmitt. He only did 14 yrs for killing a white man. I am white and I am not mad at anyone. The law is the law is the law. I am sure we will hear some pretty interesting things if this ever goes to trial.

Isn't Ira the guy that owned Icon?
Word is these guys were being paid for 'protection' and had fronted him some goodies and when he didn't pay up they went to get theirs.
Shortly after this Icon closed.

Wrong, he had every right under Indiana statue to pursue and make a citizens arrest. He has no obligation to retreat. I challenge you to look it up for yourself.

Then he wouldn't be charged with murder and it all would go away. He was not intending to make a citizens arrest. NOWHERE in any of the paperwork or even from his own mouth was that ever brought up. You are the first person I have ever read it from. How was he 1 person going to citizens arrest 4 people with guns fleeing in a vehicle?? He must be superman.

Have to go with blaze84 on this. Not only should you be allowed to shoot the sub human trash, you should be allowed to hunt them down. Could be a great new sport. I have ZERO sympathy for these kinds of people, try to rob you at gunpoint then sue you as if they are some kind of victim. Everything started when they went to rob them. I guess the moral of the story is to be sure to kill them so they can not sue you. I think that is why our courts are called the "legal system", rather than "justice system"
