Consolidation is Communism! This will not help anything or save any money! Really this is to merge the schools and police together. All this is doing is taking our representation such as the school board away. The Department of Education needs to be abolished anyway....brainwashing our children. Crooked government.

They want to get rid of the city police and go with just state and county. That means the city police will no longer have juristiction of the city but also the county. The police will just be deputies instead. It's about the pay cuts and pensions. Its just another way to cheat honest men. I say no. Also costs non police jobs. Don't fall for it

the county/city merger will replace elected officials with appointees.. it wont be who the people want, but who sucks best.. and this town sucks enough already, without practicing politicians.. just a thought for people that are really concerned.. there are much better ways to save money...
