The election isn't over yet! There is one candidate running as a write in for Sheriff. His name is Joe Honea! He stands for honor and honesty! It's time Van Buren County had an honest sheriff. If you know people in Van Buren County, AR., tell them to vote for honesty, write in Joe Honea as their choice for Sheriff!

I think Sheriff Bradley has done a great job these past years with what he has had to deal with since in office and is one of the honest people I kave ever known. Van Buren County people are good people until one of their family members are arrested for their crimes and then the back stabbing begins. Thank God for someone who holds people accountable!

This county is a joke, They swear in the good old boys that are friends and do not look at qualified personel to hire. I know 2 people that have 20 years of law enforcement and they ignore them to hire. I have witnessed the officers on the road spinning there guns around in classrooms and the have other deputies sworn in by a local judge and are working now with no training, no gun training, and no law enforement experience at all. It is a very much who you are and who you know. They are allowed to hire a deputy and then let them work the road and have up to 1 year to get the training that they need to be qualified in the state of Arkansas. Some deputy just recently shot his foot. No surprise!!

I'm trying to have a medical marijuanna test case in Clinton AR. pretrial hearing 3/36/09. The bust was on 10/10/08, and was the most amateur operation I ever saw. I speak with some authority since this is the 8th time in my life my property has been searched by LEO.

I'm trying to contact the voters to warn them of property rights abuse and the enormous risk they run with the new dwarf strains of hemp that dont even reach the top of a fence line, but nevertheless can result in land seizure.

I hope you're joking. I'm one of his children and wouldn't have voted for him if he were the only candidate. His trial wraps up tomorrow, and he's told more whoppers this week than get told in a month by all the old fishermen at the coffee shop.

So, you got gravevine news, that sort of news is always twisted! Your Dad is an innocent man! I figured out who you are! Did you also hear his final words on the stand? "I forgive all of them for what they've done to me!" But he's done with the lot of you! The Bible says children will rise up against their parents in end times! Get ready for Armageddon! Judgement day is near!

My dad is no innocent man. He's not innocent of the charges he was found guilty of, and he's not innocent of a lot of other things. I've not hidden who I am, I'm the one who left the area and kept away from the drugs and hypocrisy of the whole situation. I also don't need his forgiveness. I don't fear judgment day as my conscience is clear. He on the other hand has many years of things to worry about. Enjoy your pious ignorance.

He was found guilty. He was taken into custody and held there until New Years Eve when he got a hearing because of his complaints that he wasn't getting the quality of medical care he deserved. He was released pending sentancing.

His son in law got 10 years, His grandson got 2 years probation, His daughter took a plea bargin, but the sentancing isn't public yet. One of the other guys got 10 years. I think the crime he was convicted of carrys a sentance of 5 years to 40 years and a fine of up to 2 million, But I'm not sure.

First hand news? You must have been a fly on the wall! First hand would have meant you were actually present through the trial. Funny we didn't see you there. FYI Innocent people are still found guilty of crimes they did not commit! Even Jesus was innocent. So was Paul and Peter. Were you present when the inmates insisted the jailer get him to the emergency room? Were you there when he was released to see first hand the condition he was in? Were you there when he had to go to the doctor twice a week for nearly a month, just to get his blood and blood pressure straightened out? Didn't think so! So much for your first hand news. You got second hand news, in other words 'grape vine'!
He was found guilty because of the lies that were told by the other defendants wanting a lessor sentence. If he'd been guilty, don't you think he would have taken a plea bargain, like the rest of them? He was offered five, the last one was 18 months probation and the felony would go away if he stayed out of trouble
for the 18 months, to just say he knew about it! Bet you didn't know that! He was found guilty because those that could have come to his defense didn't. You know, the ones who lived in the house that shared the water with him! The ones who wasted a lot of water. Did you get the transcript? Did you read the testimony of the other defendants? If you had you'd know that three out of the other four said he knew because the fourth one said he knew! Hmm! The others were facing life! Get your facts straight. You can go to BOP and look up the inmates and see their expected release date. That fourth one got less than 10 yrs. He was hoping to get it reduced to 5.
Pious ignorance, remember when we point a finger, we have 4 more pointing back! Take a look in the mirror!

You say you left to get away from......And that was like what, 5 yrs ago? But you know first hand what went on! If you knew what was going on, why didn't you report it? Maybe they should arrest you for failing to report a crime.
I have a pretty good idea where your "first hand news" comes from!

It's been nearly 8 years since I moved away. And my first hand reports come from court records. You can bet that had I known about him growing the 9215 pot plants his group was growing I would have reported it. Fortunately I didn't inherit his twisted morals.

As far as your inference of who lied and where I'm getting my info from, you'd be wrong again. My mother supported him for years, just like his wife before her did. Just to have the same kind of lies told about her as he did his prior wife. He'd tell anyone who would listen that he had no idea where her money went and he payed all the bills. But when she finally had enough and moved out he cried to anyone who would listen that he was going to starve because he couldn't pay the electric bills. He didn't waste much time in bringing one of his girlfriends in to get her to help support him too.

It's funny that a man can lie so much, grow drugs, have numerous affairs, and still try to play the role of a pious man who's been wronged. I'm done with the conversation and the man. He's been found guilty of a crime he committed. He admitted to it in court.
Those who will believe him can deal with that bad decision. Me, I'm just happy he wasn't able to lie his way out of this one.

Anyone who wants to figure out which of us is telling the truth can easily get the court records that are public.

Not a month before he was raided, I was under the house with him repairing a tiny leak. One he was trying to say was causing a large water bill. I listened to him tell me he thought his memory was failing because mom had to tell him 3 nights in a row that she heard water running. So he went down to shut it off at the chicken house where he left it running. Funny thing is, that during the trial it came out that there were water hoses connected at the chicken house leading to the pot. He knew about it. And you're buying his lies about someone who stood behind him for quite a long time.

Look up the word ignorance, I'm not the ignorant one here. I'm in possession of more facts than you apparently. Look at the man's history. Even his lies can't cover up the discrepancies. Wise up before you're the next woman in his path of destruction.

He is really bad to forget and leave water running!
Once again, go ahead and get the court records! You obviously do not have them.

I was in the courtroom when he was on the stand. That's right, get the court records! It's obvious you didn't get them and you got second hand information, just like I said all along! Get your facts straight. The jury believed he had to know. That doesn't make it so. The jury was pulled from the LR area, even the Judge said so at sentencing. They did not understand about selling rock. The photos they saw were aerial! The jury was manipulated by the US attorney (the Judges own words) and his attorney admitted he failed him (out of the horses mouth). Yes, get the records, while your at it get the sentencing records, too! Judge Eisele had plenty to say! He's been on the bench for more than 40 yrs. I think he can discern who's lying and who is truthful! Joe is an innocent man who was wrongly accused. Those who truly love him, were the ones who stood by him and believed in his innocence.
