Judge fines Gardner for assault, warns ex-commissioner to get mental-health help or face jail

Former Utah County Commissioner David Gardner was fined $1,000 for simple assault and warned that he could go to jail if he doesn't get mental-health counseling or gets so much as a speeding ticket.
I think it's a right decision I am really agree with this decision.
