I have personal knowledge that the police are no longer looking for the car with this license plate. They may be looking for a car of that discription, but not this exact one. The car with this license plate belongs to my nephew, and he is in prison, but the car is in my sisters yard and hasn't run for over a year. The police have already been there and have ruled it and my nephews involvement out. Officer Shawn Bell of the Payson police department was the officer who went to their house last night.

Neighbors said that your nephew had previously had an altercation with the victim, specifically trying to break into the victim's home...Coincidence that his car with those plate numbers were spotted by the two eyewitnesses and coincidence that it was the same type of crime?...I don't know. What do you think Ruth? Maybe it is just the media, but they said that the neighbors said this stuff and know your nephew.

I mean obviously it wasn't directly him, but maybe he tipped off some people he knew...seems plausible.

Fisrt of all i talked to the idiot reporter that made those false accusations. And she immiediatly changed her story about the neighbors seeing or knowing anything about the nephew. She now says that the detectives told her and would not say who. Well i talked to officer Greg Knapp who said that the media was ease dropping on the police channel to get info that they could use. The sherrifs office made it very clear that they never released that info. There is going to be legal consequences for there actions! And if there were eye witnesses they haven't came forward as of yet. The called that was made to the sherrifs office was anonymous. And they are asking for that person to come forward. Why don't you let the officers tell you what really happened instead of the media! And he didn't even know the person. Thats from his mouth!

I believe you. The Media is just the worst. I have heard from reputable sources that the police showed the two eyewitnesses a picture of your nephew's car. The witnesses stated that that wasn't the car but that it was blue. You are totally right about the wasted time. But... just wondering...was your nephew involved in a previous altercation with Mortensen?

And, by the way, I was way ahead of any media and almost everyone else, information wise, besides the officers that arrived after it happened, trust me...just heard a couple of stupid facts from them later on. The media was retarded...
