City council opposes beer sales at fair

Support for anything new is never unanimous, particularly when it can be politicized. I don't think most people care one way or the other and it would bring much needed dollars to the fair. Beer is and always has been at the fair (undercover of course). Don't be surprised if the loudest voices are those opposed as the far right "major majority" once again try to set moral values in others. The loudest however does not necessarily equal majority.

Why would anyone expect a school teacher to vote in favor of beer sales at any county fair?
I think the teacher/councilman has a conflict of intrest in this matter, just as the teacher/fairboard member did.
The City needs to mind their own business before going around butting in where they don't belong.
