I don't know. There isn't enough information for me to decide. What ever happened with the driver of the SUV who hit the victim? Never heard anything more about this story since Monday. UPDATE PLEASE!

Hard to imagine a person hitting and killing somebody in a car. Going home to sleep it off only to have a "male" figure ( husband / father?) come to the police to say it was his car that was involved in the hit & run. Nothing like hiring a lawyer, keeping it quiet, and staying out of the media. Bet the victims family wish they had the same luxury instead they buried their loved one. Wow - so many questions come to mind but there is no name, no excuse, no apology. Got imagine if the same thing happened to a common person the rules would be different. Sure hope the focus & media doesn't go away and forget about a " crime" that was committed.......

Glad I'm not the only person that is still "waiting for the driver to come forward". I was starting to think I dreamed it. How can the headline read "Hit & Run" and the article state: No charges have been filed & they don't yet know who was at fault? If the owner of the car is a family member of the driver who hit Josh, then the detectives must have a name?? Guess it's on a "need to know basis!"

I understand yesterday the victims family was in the news again asking for info. Seems the local and state authorities have not shared anything with them regarding the driver only that she turned herself in but has lawyered up. No driver's name, no car owner's name only that it might take a month to decide who's at fault. WOW - typical for union county stuff being kept quiet & covered up. If it's not the school board approving raises without true public knowledge it's the sheriff dept keeping quiet about a homicide. You have to wonder if the victim was a "good ole boy" or his family had more $$ than the driver of the car which "killed" him, would the outcome be any different? I wonder what would happen if the victim's family went to the media for an in depth investigated report.

Most peoples faces would be shown all over, it's been a little over 3 weeks, does the family and friends have closure, I don't think we all do. Her dad's got plenty to cover up with and he's doing a good job. Shame on those who are helping and God be with Josh's family & friends.

Friday before last, there was a small article on page 3 of the Enquirer Journal stating that they were waiting of forensic reports and cell phone records. Other than that, haven't heard another word about it. Pitiful......

I think everyone knows who killed josh
and she's more worried about what her friends think
i honestly don't think that she's even that sorry
she's sorry for herself because she ruined her life
