What ppl don't know is he was arrested before the ban went into effect and state and federal taxes were paid on the alleged "bath salts." These items had no chemical list on packages to identify any known illegal substance. These were sold in almost any gas station in Ohio. Ohio's ban took effect Oct.23,2011. Is it fair to prosecute prior to ban and before illegal? When did the ppl and congress stop making the laws? Is it right to charge people before its even illegal?

People don't care when he was arrested because he was selling POISON. How many lives did he help to ruin by providing this shady product? Good enough he's caught and charged!
