Idaho justices lift man's violent sex predator label

The Idaho Supreme Court says the state's method of classifying violent sexual predators is unconstitutional and has ordered that the label be removed from a man who admitted four rapes.

My son's were two of the victims of Jason Smiths and they were 5 and 29 mths. The things Jason had done to these kids is very violent. Why should he be free to go on like nothing ever happened. Jason Smith needs to be put back on the list he will strike again.
