I think education should be a priority in all childrens life, unfortunately, this is not the case. The learning disabled children in Troup County are being denied an adequate and appropriate education, due to the almighty dollar excuse.
Would be nice if some of the education money donated to Troup County would be used to implement scientific researched based programs with proven results, to help our Learning Disabled students achieve academic success, to prepare them for independent living, continuing education and employment opportunities. These children are learning abled with the appropriate program and properly trained teachers.
