If the city council isn't willing to put the same restrictions on all plants, they're setting themselves up for a losing court battle.
Maybe they can sue their part time attorney for not giving them proper legal council.

THIS again. People are going to grow and smoke regardless of what the 'officials' say. It's all pointless and a waste of money, which could be used to improve the infrastructure of the city/county.

Sorry winer the city is doing exactly what their law abiding citizens want them to do. If you don't like it, tough. I give the council and police dept. compliments in following through with this committment. And as I.ve said before, dope is for dopers. Keep up the good work council.

Maybe Corning should concentrate on all of the meth crime going on in their community? Everyday, they have more meth related crime in the paper than any of the surrounding communities? Get over it, camera buff, you are no more law abiding than legal patients. In fact, morally and patriotically, you are worse, because you support and condone the violations of the laws and rights of legal patients and ignore the bigger problems of meth and the ongoing corruption of our public officials.

Pat you are very ignorant. I could probably quote the penal code of this state. I don't like dopers in any form.pot or otherwise. I am definitely more patriotic than you and your doper friends. And yes I am a veteran and fought for your right to free speech no matter how far left it is. lol

Who cares who is more patriotic? That just sounds...dumb (for lack of a better word).

Who cares what you 'fought' for. It was your choice. You shouldn't throw that in people's faces. You make it sound like everyone owes you something.

Who cares what other people do or think. What happened to freedom of LIFE?

You get your information from Wikipedia and consider it a legitimate source of factual information. You fail at life.

So quick to judge, and attack. The first web site is US patent storm.

Although anyone can put what they want on there, Wikipedia dose have a lot of factual information if you look at the references to back it up. I put it on there as a reference point. However that wasn't the important site.

Oh man I hope I didn't fail at life. My whole life is counting on it. OOOOO. Don't you sound cool.

Piss up a rope you moron.

Too lame for what? I was trying to quote a song, and what they bleeped out was ridiculous.

Sorry I don't live up to your standards of coolness, but I wasn't trying to impress anyone anyways.
