check the money that goes to roads that access CA Dept. Fish and Game employee properties.....especially Scott Downey. He has single handed fixed his access roads to his own properties all over Humboldt-Trinity Cos.

Let those who can catch the salmon pay for their upkeep, whether the fish lives or dies will only matter to one special group, the early migrants from Asia.

Those who benefit from the salmon should pay for them. That would be everyone in the region. Say you live in San Diego and want to do some salmon fishing on the Smith River. You buy your first tank of gas in San Diego and the gas station is a beneficiary of that salmon. You stop in Bakersfield for more gas and to get a bite to eat, the gas station and the restaurant both benefit from that salmon. You drive on up to Sacramento where you get more gas more food and a room for the night. All these people cash in on that Get the picture? It's not just the fisherman who benefits; therefore it's a cost that everyone should bare the burden of paying. Most of the direct cost in ensuring that the salmon survives to be caught by the fisherman is charged to the fisherman through the licensing procedure. Butt a whole lot of people made money off that one fish
Have a great day.........
