How long will that last?
It has been a law for a long time and they are finally getting around to doing something about it. Standing on Aurora Street by the Commons, I would guess 1 in 10 cars has someone on the phone and if you are trying to cross the street, you are taking your life in your hand due to the chatters failure to obey the law.
