The Burnsville School has several Autistic childer there. And 4 or 5 of them have one on one care.. Thank you Burnsville School for the care of my child who is Austistic... so go cry about it somewere ...bahahaha And by the way if that was so and that parent had all her proof were she lived and the child...... They would be Lawsuit!!!

This really did happen, there was a lawsuit and an article in the daily journal. They are not the only school that has done this and this case happened 2 years ago, but believe me it happens all the time. Not everyone goes out and gets a lawyer.

If the child does not live in that district (autistic or not) they do not have to let them in. The article clearly stated that the school the child was attending wanted to keep him there. Why blame the school? If the parent would move to that school district they would let the child attend then!
