Either way it will be her fault! I witnessed an accident of a police officer on a motorcycle who was trying to go around a funeral procession in the oncoming lane while a lady was turning in her correct lane to cross trafic. She didn't look behind her in the oncoming traffic lane because cars don't travel that way and hit the motorcycle driver. She was held responsible. He was not part of the procession either. HE was a Speedway cop! I feel sorry for the drivers! Good luck w/ the insurance on that one!

Well, guess what, he didn't wait long enough! That's why the poor lady was not ticketed, thank goodness. I hope she is ok, and gets back on with her life with minimal discomfort.

Well, apparently the officer did not make sure the oncoming traffic was stopped since he was hit by a vehicle!
