how in the heck can we plan now when we are already living from PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK , THE GAS COMPANIES ARE RUTHLESS AND WILL SHUT OFF NO MATTER WHAT IF SHORT OR BEHIND, THEN CHARGE A RECONNECT FEE, AND TAKE DAYS TO GET IT TURNED BACK ON OF CUT OFF! WE MIDDLE CLASS FOLKS WHICH ARE NOW LOW CLASS STAND NO CHANCE! WHERE DO WE GET HELP? WORK 24 HOURS A DAY, AND STILL FREEZE????

I must agree. We live paycheck to paycheck, also. We're barely getting by with our children as it is, and one starts college next year. My husband works full time and I work part time. I really don't want to give up my time with my children and work a full time job, but I may have no choice soon.

I am very thankful for the gas price drop, but I agree, even food in the stores have gone up and it makes it tough to put food on your table! Even using coupons and getting items on sale doesn't help!
When is someone going to step in and stop this? AFTER the resession????

I know what you mean giving up your time with your children to get a full time job, however, good luck finding a full time job, not many out there these days!

I have to agree, we have two kids here at home.. one of us works full time plus we both go to school full time so that we can get better jobs.. we already pay for day care for school.. so we cant afford it for me to have a full time job.. we are barely making it by, How does the goverment expect us to live, it takes almost 56 dollars just to fill up the car for work and school.. for get going anywhere fun with the kids, who dont understand that there is no money to do it. My roommate barely sees her kids cause she works full time and full time school.. and her little ones need her.

Dramatic drop? Maybe on the price of a barrel, but the price at the pump is not dropping that fast. Please.
I heard that the prices aren't going down because they need their profit...hello, what about the rest of us who have no profit?!

Gov't you are here to protect us, do it.

That hearing that the had at the statehouse on the price of gasoline at the pumps was a farce and a joke.

Government has not walked in most of our shoes!
I believe if they did for just one day they
would be thinking things differently.

I would like to know why it is that much cheaper in Frankfort? I went to Indy on Monday and gas was only $3.19 in Lebanon! Why is there such a difference within 40 miles?

Frankfort has been paying much more than Lebanon for years. Finally they get to pay more than us.
