Concerned Citizen

I recently visited your county and was shocked and horrified. I seen an add for Border Collies and went to see the dogs. When I got there my heart sank. I had never seen a puppy mill first hand and now hope I never do again. The condition these dogs are living in is unexcusable. I have emailed the local Humane Society but haven't heard back from them. Can someone help me to help these dogs. I have contacted the ABCA and they said they have recieved many calls but need complaints in writing. Please someone have a heart to help the defenseless. These dogs are suffering. If the person responsible for them won't be responsible then it is up to others to help. We are their only voice. Please someone help.
