Court: Intent to switch gender not subject to public notice rules

There are 3 comments on the Tribune-Star story from Aug 12, 2017, titled Court: Intent to switch gender not subject to public notice rules. In it, Tribune-Star reports that:

A transgender Tippecanoe County person does not need to publish in a newspaper the intent to switch gender on a birth certificate, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled, agreeing that a public notice could be dangerous to the person's well-being. The Thursday ruling arose from separate petitions filed by two people in Tippecanoe County Circuit Court to change their legal gender identification, formally called a marker, on their birth certificates.

No! But you can short circuit you short circuit your DNA's intent! DNA is just nature's instruction book. You can go around it. Or your body with NO input of your own, can ignore the instructions as in a case of AIS (Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome). So when you get right down to it, DNA can be pretty useless.

I don't care how much mad scientist you play with the human body. A man can never naturally give birth to a child. Not even if you make him grow breasts, cut off his penis and balls, and even turn him inside out and call it a vagina..Born a man always a man Same deal with a woman trying to be a male, no sperm, no dice...still a woman.. One thing for sure either one is mentally ill..
