Land investment nets $200K for Upshur schools

Fine, when are they going to do anything but teach our kids how to take a TAKS test. The kids here are not that bright because of this. They need to go back to actually teaching the student instead of a cram course to take a test. No wonder NOT RATED like other surrounding schools ARE.

The Upshur County Commissioners Court has approved many oil and gas leases in Baylor County, but none of the money has gone to the Upshur County School Fund from the bonuses, royalties or damages.
