What the story didn't mention is that about 1/3 of their staff has been cut also, and talking to some of the remaining folks, most of them are quietly looking for other jobs. Nobody has faith that studio will weather the storm. It's just a matter of time before key clients drop off and the production house implodes. Some of the big production houses in Dallas would be wise to set up smaller satellite offices in Downtown FW or nearby.

Ooooh! Look at us! We're CRM Studios! We're better than everyone else! Everybody's a rank amateurs compared to us! We have Gamestop TV and shot a cheesy 4D ride film for the tower in San Antonio! We're invincible and laugh at low-end projects!

Now who's laughing?

I'm still not finding any press release online or anything else for that matter saying where they're moving to. Anyone else find anything? Hmmm... they have a little over 2 weeks to get out, and no news on a location?
Great marketing, guys. I bet your clients and prospective clients feel really secure...

Just went to crmstudios.tv. Click on anything under "our work" or "about CRM" in the upper bar, and nothing happens. Nothing highlights for a click through or anything. Click on their logo on the upper left corner and it doesn't even go back to their index (home) page.

Their situation has gone from laughable to a level of embarrassment where I am actually feeling bad for them... what a train wreck...

That last comment was more than likely written by someone still employed at the studio. The author knows his wife's ethnic background, and the fact they had a child last fall. How mature; “Scott45” even targeted their little baby for a jab. Scumbags. Trash. You all deserve to crash and burn. You should be ashamed of yourself. I know who you are. Your use of hyphens, trailing periods, the drawn out spelling of “bloooggg” gives you away. The “…” and hyphens are things I’ve seen in your emails and even some of your treatments.
Yet another show of class from such a well-heeled group of consummate professionals.

Hey Bauer - Nice Bloooggg. Seems you have nothing todo now that you are sitting at home (or your rice patty)spanking your monkey - it must be the year of the monkey since your and the drycleaning staff pumped out another bad driver. Don't wreck the rickshaw.....
Gotcha. I love technology.

Hi Scott45,

I'm not sure who posted the last few items, or any items on this site for that matter, but that's none of my concern. The real issue is your racially insulting attack on my wife and baby. Nobody insults my wife or my child. NOBODY. Let me challenge you. If you have ANY balls, why don't you email or call me with a meeting venue? You know enough about me that I'm sure you have at least one of my contact numbers or emails. So, come on seeewheart. Give me a time, place, and date. Let's talk.

Anyone want to take any bets that Scott45 is a certain Mr. Kerkheart...Anybody who messes with Colby Bauer and his family deserves a dry Arabian Douching. CRM is a jacked up company, it is in it's death throws and the only people to blame are the executives. The employees of CRM are very talented and deserve to work with a good company, not one that abuses them. If, after the imminent implosion of CRM, anyone comes across the current execs of this company, I would run as fast as I could in the other direction. Oh Scott45, I mean Tom....Suck it.

after some thoughtful insight from another outlet I would like to ammend that Scott45 could also, very well be a Mr. Danning. He is also dumb enough to write something of that ilk. Peace out.

It's ok Mr. Cheese, I'd be bitter too if I were talented and a valuable asset to my company but let go so that half-a**, sub par, so called Executive Producers could keep their paychecks.
Despite all of that, Scott45, I don't care who you are...taking jabs at someone's family, c'mon. CLASSLESS!

Hey I don't have any proof who did this and im only guessing. BUT, I can definitely narrow it downby the fact that Scott45 knows so much about Mr. Bauer. Also these people have a nasty habit of lying, which includes but is not limited to, forging paperwork. That assclown has benn obsessed with finding out who wrote these comments. I'm just surprised that he could figure out how to post. Minus the racial slurs and vague threats Im kinda of proud of the dummy of finally embracing technology. I like to look on the bright side of awful situations, call me an optimist.

Let's do some math. There are two "SCOTTs" I can think of, and both are 1) too obvious, and 2) not the kind of guys who would post that vile HATE SPEECH.

So the offender lifted the middle name of CB to assume an identity. That begs the question, WHO knows his middle name? WHO has access to that information if the middle name is not known? Hmmm... This is being sewn up rather quickly, I would say...

ItsMe0121: I'm not bitter. I believe in karma, or whatever the hell other people call it. It's a cosmic bitch-slap, if you will. Not that I wish that on anyone. I consider it a blessing I got out when I did. From what I've heard, it's nearly unbearable there. I wish them the best. Really, I do, but there needs to be a drastic, ballsy change.

Oh, I know you aren't bitter (I was being sarcastic on that) my point was that there are quality and valuable people being let go while SOME worthless execs remain...and yes, it must feel good to have CRM behind you now.

Wow, there sure is a lot of bad blood here.

I wish business was an easy formula of hard work and big rewards. It would be nice if every employee and management member saw eye to eye on every item. It would be great to see the future before it comes back to haunt you. However, that is not always possible.

I am not sure who is giving out racial slurs, but I wish they would stop it. Not sure who all are the bloggers and really I don't care. They have brought up some valid points. Points CRM should take to heart and learn from.

It is always difficult to loose people in a company on both sides believe it our not. CRM has had, and has, some of the most talented people in the biz. Sometimes the work is hard and long and sometimes I'm sure people feel they are not getting the rewards they deserve. It is a hard to please everyone and stay in biz.

CRM is a good company trying to make good production in a difficult biz in tough times. Production companies do come and go for all kinds of reasons. Hopefully CRM will be around for quite sometime.

I know there is bad blood out there, but if it is coming from anyone on the management team I sure hope it STOPS!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aquarius

The more you want to control someone, or someone wants to control you, the more difficult life will be today. It's a Full Moon and a lunar eclipse, so the last thing you should do now is to act as though you own this person, or tell them what to do, because it will be an instant recipe for rebellion and trouble. Mars is retro in your house of significant others and open enemies after all. If you don't want to spoil the evening's celebrations you'll have to make compromises, and hope that this other person will do the same. Don't let the fuss stop you having a very happy New Year's Eve.
