Teaming up to fight leukemia -

Any one willing to pledge money to a participant in these events would be willing to just outright donate the money.
Hence all these events are an exercise in narcissism and Yuppie self idolatry.

You are ridiculous. As a participant of TNT and an Alumni member your comments are hateful. You are obviously uneducated about what the Team is about and what we stand for. I have met some of the strongest most caring people ever through this group.
I am also sure you have never participated in or attended a marathon, triathlon or any other event in which we participate, in memory of or for an honored person suffering from a blood cancer. Maybe you would change your views then. It is one of the most moving experiences I have ever had.
