It seems that the local prosecutor is trying to make a name for himself, much as the Duke rape case's Niphon. This was a tragic accident. Wild West Ctiy and their insursnce company plans to take care of the individual that was harmed.

Why ruin the corporation,that employs so many people, and the people who are facing many criminal charges?

This has been blown way out of proportion.
