So why don't you share with us what EXACTLY happened "that night" then being that you are so aggressively defending this "murderer"!! Because that
is what you are called when you have a gun, shoot someone MORE THAN ONCE and as aresult that person dies from the gun shots!!! Right?? I live two towns over from where this tooko place and trust me this guy is not innocent AT ALL AND SHOULD SPEND THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN PRISON FOR WHAT HE DID!! He took the life of a beautiful, smart young girl who was just starting her life after finishing college and now her family and friends have to live without her and the sick thought of what her last moments were like!! And the people that you are concerned about who are "getting hurt" are feeling nothing compared to what this girls family is feeling...now that's "hurt"!!

The tragedy here is that those close to him never got him help.
He has a stalking history. He slashes tires as a means of revenge or worse.
Finally, he has resorted to murdering a beautiful women out of jealousy.
Animals like this are never cured. They need to be exterminated. Your ridiculous
statement may have been true before March 27th 2010, but since then this coward
of a man is certainly guilty of MURDER! May justice be swift and may he rot in hell.

How dare you say he is not a murderer! He dated one of my friends and was crazy years ago. We begged and pleaded with her toend things with him because he was unstable. Not to mention, he drove to her house, with a gun, and shot and killed her in her own home. No matter how you try to break it down or make him seem less at fault, he is a murderer. He killed a beauriful young woman with the whole world ahead of her. It is trgic for both families, but I don't know how you can try to defend him or his actions.

I know Joe and he always was unstable and he does have a history of malicious acts against females weather it be vandalism or violence. I never thought it would go as far as this. He is a murderer and justice will be served. I do not blame the parents of this man just himself. I am glad NJ does not have the death penalty because i hope for the rest of his life he is aware of the pain he has caused both families and the shock he has created for the town. Where are the gun regulations? How did he obtain the fire arm?

But he didn't care who he hurt did he? Six shots isn't blowing everything everything out of proportion. Its unbelievable to me that you think that six shots is an accident. He obviously has you fooled.
