Surry prosecutor says state case still pending

The point still remains that a Hick Prosecutor would discover information, mostly from rat bastards with nothing to loose; that some of the best security professionals in america did not to prosecute a marquee NFL players. I just don't buy that song and dance. I don't see the NFL making that kind of mistake on a gamble like that, sorry. It makes absolutely no sense for them to miss something so vital to their bottom line.

I didn't say Ray Lewis was convicted. I will say this, the only reason he wasn't convicted is because he agreed to a plea bargain during the middle of the trial. If he was innocent that wouldn't have happened.

The fact also remains that Poindexter is incompetent and the people of Surry County should seek his removal.

He's incompetent like a fox. His reaction to federal activity in his jurisdiction should have been:
"What's going on in my County?!? Let me investigate and prosecute someone!"
Instead he has been nothing but obstructionist such that the feds had to go around him.
Wake up people...he's not stupid...just involved...
Common sense dictates that he is either directly involved with the dogfighting or getting paid off to do nothing!
It is up to the citizens of the County to vote adn fix the situation.

Ray Lewis pleaded guilty to Obstruction of Justice. Being in the way of the police who were investigating the case and not giving information.
